DATA PRIVACY AND PROTECTION
In accordance with what is set out in Organic Law 15/1999 dated December 13th on Personal Data Protection (hereinafter the ‘LOPD’), NOMES MOMENTS (hereinafter NOMES MOMENTS) notifies users/clients that all personal data provided over the website will be incorporated into a file, created and maintained under NOMES MOMENTS responsibility.
The personal data will be used to manage offered services, process orders, perform administrative tasks, as well as send technical, commercial or publicity material via ordinary or e-mail to clients or users on products that may be of interest to them. This acceptance will always be cancelled.
NOMES MOMENTS guarantees the confidentiality and security of personal data when the latter are subject to storage in that it has storage policies and security measures in place referred to in LOPD article 9 and legislated in detail by Royal Decree 994/1999 dated June 11th whereby the Security Measures Regulation on automated databases containing personal data is passed (hereinafter the RMS). The storage policies and security measures in place at NOMES MOMENTS avoid alteration, loss, storage or unauthorised use on their personal data.
Responding to forms provided for receiving information on products marketed by NOMES MOMENTS, as well as any other survey which may be provided in the future, is entirely optional. However, user/client refusal to provide certain information may mean the service offered by NOMES MOMENTS is unable to be performed.
Users may exercise their access, rectification, cancellation and, where applicable, opposition rights for storage of their personal data in the terms and conditions set out in the LOPD.
